Why are my lights delivered in different packages?

To avoid breakage, we prefer to pack and send each light separately. Moreover, since each light has different processing time we want to make sure we send out your lights as soon as they are ready to be shipped rather than delaying your entire order.

I have not received my complete order?

We usually send out the lights in separate packages for safer delivery. However, don’t worry as you will receive all your lights within the 5-14 working days delivery timeframe. If you have not received your complete order after this timeframe either, please email us and we can look into this for you.

Can I change my delivery address or any other information after placing my order?

You may email us at contact@lightmyhouse.co.uk to make such amendments within 12 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, after this timeframe it is not possible for us to make any amends to your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and will have to go through the return process once received.

How long does it take to deliver the order?

The delivery time is 5-14 working days.

Can I get a quicker delivery or an accurate delivery timeframe?

Every product has a different processing time which is why we give our customers a 5-14 working days delivery window. However, if this does not suit you, please contact us at contact@lightmyhouse.co.uk and we can provide you with an estimated delivery time for the products you are interested in. Please ensure you include the name of the products you want along with the quantity.

What if my order doesn’t arrive in the given timeframe?

All our orders are delivered in the given timeframe. However, if that is not the case for you please email us with your order number, and we will happily help you. 

Which delivery company will deliver my order?

We deliver by Royal Mail, Evri, FedEx, DHL, and Parcel Force.

How much are the delivery charges?

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We are a United Kingdom based company and currently deliver in the United Kingdom only.

Do you have a trade programme for B2B customers?

If you are a B2B client who will be ordering regularly for your business please get in touch to learn about our trade programme or apply for it at www.lightmyhouse.co.uk/pages/trade 

Can I return my order if it's not suitable?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you may request for return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at contact@lightmyhouse.co.uk with your return request and we can get the process started. You can view our full refund policy at: www.lightmyhouse.co.uk/policies/refund-policy 

What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty light?

No one is perfect and sometimes products get damaged during delivery of the order. In case you received a broken or faulty product, kindly email us at contact@lightmyhouse.co.uk with your order number, the issue in the product, and some reference images of the damaged product.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

We will let you know once the return has been received and inspected. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days after the return has been received. It can take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

Do you have Retail stores or Showrooms?

Currently, we are operating as an E-commerce company online.

You can simply order at our website and we will deliver directly to your home.

I need some interior advice regarding lighting. What do I do?
